Le Salon Photo Tunisie 2026 annonce officiellement sa tenue. C’est avec une immense fierté et une profonde émotion que nous vous dévoilons notre première orientation. Pour cette édition historique placée sous le signe de « La photographie face au réel », le grand photographe de l’Agence Magnum, Nikos Economopoulos, nous fait l’honneur d’être le Veilleur de la Vision de notre événement.
L’œil, la perception, l’imagination
Pour Nikos, la photographie ne triche pas. Il répète souvent cette vérité essentielle :
« La photo, c’est l’œil, et tout est dedans : la perception et l’imagination. »
Pas besoin d’artifices. C’est le regard nu face au monde, la capacité de capter l’instant, la poésie et la dureté du réel dans un même déclic.
Transformer le « rien » en possible
Si ce Salon existe aujourd’hui, c’est grâce à lui. Au-delà du photographe immense, Nikos est notre guide et notre moteur. Sa vision nous a insufflé une volonté incroyable face à toutes les difficultés logistiques, budgétaires et géographiques. Il possède cette philosophie qui déplace des montagnes et qu’il nous transmet chaque jour :
« De rien, on peut construire. »
Cette phrase est devenue notre mantra, notre boussole. Dans un monde complexe, Nikos nous rappelle que l’art n’a pas besoin de richesses matérielles pour exister, mais de courage, de sincérité et de solidarité. Il est notre source d’inspiration absolue.
Une vie passée à documenter le monde
Nikos Economopoulos a passé sa vie à arpenter les Balkans, la Méditerranée et le monde, capturant l’âme humaine là où la vie palpite, souvent dans les marges. The Tunis Photo Salon 2026 officially announces its upcoming edition. It is with immense pride and deep emotion that we reveal our first direction. For this historic edition, placed under the theme « Photography facing reality », the great photographer from Magnum Photos, Nikos Economopoulos, does us the honor of being the Vision Watchman of our event.
The eye, perception, imagination
For Nikos, photography does not cheat. He often repeats this essential truth:
« Photography is the eye, and everything is in it: perception and imagination. »
No need for artifice. It is the naked gaze facing the world, the ability to capture the moment, the poetry, and the harshness of reality in a single click.
Transforming « nothing » into possible
If this Salon exists today, it is thanks to him. Beyond being an immense photographer, Nikos is our guide and our driving force. His vision has instilled in us an incredible will in the face of all logistical, budgetary, and geographical difficulties. He has this mountain-moving philosophy that he transmits to us every day:
« From nothing, we can build. »
This phrase has become our mantra, our compass. In a complex world, Nikos reminds us that art does not need material wealth to exist, but courage, sincerity, and solidarity. He is our absolute source of inspiration.
A life spent documenting the world
Nikos Economopoulos has spent his life traveling through the Balkans, the Mediterranean, and the world, capturing the human soul where life throbs, often on the margins. His unique photographic language — made of complex compositions, plays of shadows, and deep empathy for his subjects — makes him the ideal mentor for our committee and for the artists who will form our selection.

حلم يتحول إلى حقيقة: نيكوس إيكونوموبولوس، حارس الرؤية 2026
يعلن صالون تونس للصورة 2026 رسمياً عن انعقاده. ببالغ الفخر والاعتزاز وبعاطفة عميقة، نكشف لكم عن توجهنا الأول. ولهذه الدورة التاريخية التي تقام تحت شعار « الفوتوغرافية في مواجهة الواقع »، يشرفنا المصور الكبير لوكالة « ماجنوم » الشهيرة، نيكوس إيكونوموبولوس، بأن يكون « حارس الرؤية » لحدثنا.
العين، الإدراك، والخيال
بالنسبة لنيكوس، الفوتوغرافية لا تغش. وغالباً ما يكرر هذه الحقيقة الجوهرية:
« الصورة هي العين، وكل شيء يكمن بداخلها: الإدراك والخيال. »
لا حاجة للمؤثرات الزائفة. إنه النظر العاري في مواجهة العالم، والقدرة على التقاط اللحظة، وشاعرية الواقع وقسوته في نقرة زر واحدة.
تحويل « العدم » إلى ممكن
إذا كان هذا الصالون قائماً اليوم، فالفضل يعود إليه. فإلى جانب كونه مصوراً فذاً، نيكوس هو دليلنا ومحركنا. لقد ألهمتنا رؤيته إرادة لا تصدق في مواجهة جميع الصعوبات اللوجستية والمالية والجغرافية. إنه يمتلك تلك الفلسفة التي تحرك الجبال والتي ينقلها إلينا كل يوم:
« من لا شيء، يمكننا أن نبني. »
أصبحت هذه العبارة شعارنا وبوصلتنا. في عالم معقد، يذكرنا نيكوس بأن الفن لا يحتاج إلى ثروات مادية لكي يوجد، بل يحتاج إلى الشجاعة والصدق والتضامن. إنه مصدر إلهامنا المطلق.
حياة في توثيق العالم
أمضى نيكوس إيكونوموبولوس حياته في جوب منطقة البلقان والبحر الأبيض المتوسط والعالم، ملتقطاً الروح البشرية حيث ينبض القلب بالحياة، وغالباً في الهوامش. إن لغته الفوتوغرافية الفريدة — القائمة على التكوينات المعقدة، والتلاعب بالظلال، والتعاطف العميق مع مواضيعه — تجعل منه الموجه المثالي للجنتنا وللفنانين الذين سيشكلون اختيارنا.

لقد اتخذنا خياراً سياسياً وفنياً بتفكيك جميع الهياكل التقليدية. وجهة النظر المغايرة هذه تمنحنا تلك الحرية الشرسة للتفكير بشكل مختلف، وكسر القوالب التي تفرضها نظرة الهيمنة.
